OUR STORY

Move at Results is the culmination of years of passion and dedication to creating a fitness environment that delivers real results. Originally established as a gym facility in 2014, we have evolved over the years to offer a comprehensive wellness experience. In 2019, we expanded our services to include Results Body+Mind, our sister wellness business. In 2022, we made the decision to rebrand as The Workout Space, providing a specialised gym space for our clients, complemented by the holistic wellness opportunities offered by RB+M next door.
We specialise in personalized 1-1 training, group sessions, open gym access, dedicated women's training, and expert nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Together with RB+M, we offer a complete 360 wellness experience. If you are ready to prioritize your health and commit to long-term changes, we are here to support you every step of the way.

MEET OUR TRAINERS

Meet James Campbell
With a background in professional cricket, James embarked on his personal training journey in 2010. His expertise spans individual coaching, group training, and leading a strength and conditioning program at a local school. In 2016, he added a Nutritionist qualification to his skill set, empowering clients to adopt flexible and realistic nutrition plans aligned with their health and fitness goals. As the founder of Move at Results and its affiliated wellness entities, James is deeply committed to enhancing the overall well-being of our community.

Meet Lee Burchill


Lee, a co-owner of Move at Results, brings a wealth of energy and enthusiasm to our team. In addition to managing his own construction business, Lee is deeply passionate about fitness and has excelled in various athletic pursuits. His upcoming Level 2 qualifications will enable him to lead our MOVE classes and contribute to our diverse range of fitness programs.

Meet Chris Walker-Hebborn

A highly motivated individual and former Olympic athlete. My swimming has taught me how to Communicate, manage my time effectively, maintain a high level of determination, and most importantly set and achieve goals.

​

Personal training has become my new passion. I absolutely love helping people achieve their goals and find the love for fitness that I have always believed in as an athlete and a human. Leaving elite sport has been one of the hardest challenges I have ever encountered, but through hard work and persistence I have found my next chapter and so excited to see where goes.
