Move + Burn

If you enjoy fast paced, energetic and challenging workouts then this class is for you. Push yourself to that next level with challenging circuits that will get your heart rate pumping. Available to all and it's you against the clock and no-one else. 

Move + Mobility 

A class based on basic movements that we all neglect. Looking to help your mobility and make you stronger in the end ranges of a movement. These classes will give your body a boost and make you feel great!

Move Hybrid

An exciting, challenging session built on a mixture of our other classes. Work against yourself or team up and complete ever changing challenges set by our team! Fantastic if you are training for an event, joining the military or simply want to be part of a fun filled session where you'll be inspired to challenge yourself!
